Experimental design of QSEtE application. To induce AD-like symptoms, Biostir-AD was topically applied to the skin of NC/Nga mice twice weekly for 3 weeks. Mice were either treated with QSEtE dissolved in ethanol (0.1 or 1.0% QSEtE), or ethanol alone (vehicle) twice weekly 1 week prior to the application of Biostir-AD application
