Time-of-addition experiments were performed by treating cells with R. lanata methanolic extract for 2 h before infection (B), for 1 h during infection (C) or immediately after infection (D). Control experiments were performed by treating cells both before and during viral inoculum (A). The infectivity titers of virus in the treated samples are expressed as a percentage of the titer obtained in theuntreated control.
