LCSE induced apoptosis in NSCLC cells. LCSE-treated cells were incubated at 37 °C for 24 h, stained with annexin V conjugated with FITC (a) or rhodamine 123 (b), then analyzed by flow cytometry, as described in Materials and Methods. Cell protein lysates from LCSE-treated cells were separated by SDS-PAGE, transferred to PVDF membranes, and immunoblotted to show proteins as indicated. Protein levels were quantified and normalized using the density of the beta-actin level as the loading control (c).
