Fermented blueberry extract and fractions inhibit adipogenesis. 3 T3-L1 pre-adipocytes were seeded at a density of 2 × 104 cells, cultured to 100% confluence and treated for 7 days with indicated treatments as described in Materials and Methods. Rosiglitazone was used as a positive control inducing differentiation (10 μM). DMSO 0.1% was used as vehicle control. The results are shown as the mean ± SEM. Significant differences compared to DMSO vehicle control were assessed by one-way ANOVA; post hoc analysis with Dunnett’s multiple comparison test. *Denotes statistically significant from vehicle control (p < 0.05). **Denotes statistically significant from vehicle control (p < 0.01). ***Denotes statistically significant from vehicle control (p < 0.001)
