EL reduces the number and size of focal adhesions in lung cancer cells. A549 and H460 lung cancer cells grown on glass coverslips were treated with DMSO or EL (100 μM) for 24 h. Immunocytochemistry for vinculin expression and localization was performed for a A549 and d H460 cells. Cells were imaged using an inverted fluorescence microscope.
