Effects of PLA treatment on apomorphine-induced rotational behavior. Rats were randomly grouped and then treated with PLA (25, 50 and 75 mg/kg) or vehicle for 6 weeks after LPS injection. On day 21 a and 42 b, rats were hypodermically injected with apomorphine (0.5 mg/kg) to induce rotational behavior. The number of turns were recorded for 30 min. n = 10–14. *** P < 0.001 vs. sham group, # P < 0.05, ### P < 0.001 vs. LPS group
