Flow cytometry of cell cycle phase distribution of human colorectal cancer cells treated with MF. Colorectal cancer cells SW1116 and SW837 were treated with MF (1.5 mM) for 24 h. Cell cycle proportions were determined by flow cytometry after staining with propidium iodide. At least three samples were analyzed and 20,000 events were scored for each sample.
