  1. The level of CD11c and MHCII were detected by FACSCalibur flow cytometer (BD Biosciences). cytokines expression (IL4, IL10, IL 12 and INF-gamma) was performed by RT-PCR. IL 12 and INF-gamma proteins levels were measured by ELISA (Komabiotech, Korea)
