Expression of PCNA and caspase-14, infiltration of T cells were analyzed by immunohistochemistry (original magnification × 400). The numbers of positive cells were counted per high-power field (HPF) by two independent researchers. (a–d) The expression of PCNA was decreased in the early intervention group (IMQ + 6EGCG) and medium-term intervention group (IMQ +3 EGCG) compared with that in the control group.
