Induction of autophagy in the kaempferol-treated MC3T3-E1 cells. a The cells were grown on coverslips and treated with various concentrations of kaempferol (1–10 μM) for 24 h. The formation of autophagosomes and autolysosomes was analyzed by fluorescence microscopy. The upper and lower panels show images of AO and MDC staining, respectively, captured using a fluorescence microscope.
