Inhibitory effects of WSR on MAPK phosphorylation in TNF-α/IFN-γ-stimulated HaCaT cells. HaCaT cells were pre-treated with the indicated concentrations of WSR for 2 h and then stimulated with TNF-α/IFN-γ (each 10 ng/mL) for 30 min. The expression or phosphorylation of the indicated proteins was determined in whole-cell lysates by Western blotting using the indicated antibodies. Data are presented as the means ± SEM of three experiments. Significance ***p < 0.001
