Effects of uMakhonya® at doses of 100 and 10 μg/mL on the secretion of 12 inflammatory cytokines over 24 h in PBMCs pre-treated with cyclosporine (20 μg/mL) for 2 h. UMakhonya® significantly increased (p < 0.05) the secretion of IL-1α, IL-1β, IL-6, and TNFα when compared with cyclosporine-only treatment.
