PPHs reverse the effects of H2O2 on the mRNA expression of osteocalcin, Runx2, and osterix in MC3T3-E1 osteoblastic cells. Osteocalcin (a), Runx2 (b), and Osterix (c) expression levels in cells treated for 6 h with 400 μM H2O2 in the presence or absence of 100 μg/mL PPHs were analyzed by RT-PCR.
