Effect of GMSYS on the production of NO and expression of iNOS in LPS-stimulated RAW 264.7 macrophages. The macrophages were pretreated with GMSYS for 4 h and then treated with LPS (1 μg/mL) for 20 h. a Collected supernatants were reacted with Griess reagent, and absorbance was measured at 540 nm. b Total RNA was isolated from the cell pellets and subjected to RT-qPCR to detect the expression of iNOS mRNA. Levels of iNOS mRNA expression were normalized to the expression of GAPDH mRNA.
