Fluorescence intensity versus time of sample measurements. Respective blanks solution with BSA only, showed fluorescence intensities at constant levels throughout the three weeks (red bars). Whereas when the blanks samples were introduced with fructose (Fr) the formation of fluorescence AGE got induced hence the fluorescence intensity increased significantly (p < 0.05) (blue bar). But when samples were simultaneously treated with NK a significant decrease (p < 0.05) in the fluorescence intensities was indicated in a concentration dependent manner (green & purple bars) compared to the sample treated with BSA and fructose
