Inhibitory effect of PTS on collagen, thrombin or ADP induced platelet aggregation. Platelets (4 × 108 cells · ml-1) were pre-incubated with or without PTS and then stimulated with a collagen (2.5 μg · ml-1), b thrombin (0.1 U · ml-1) or c ADP (10 μM). The platelet aggregation rate and the inhibition rate of platelet aggregation were determined. Bar graphs show mean ± SD of at least 3 independent experiments performed. *p < 0.05 vs. agonist activated control
