Huh-7 cells were culture in 6-well plates with different concentrations of MP (0, 50 and 100 μg/ml). After 24 h of incubation, the cells were collected, total RNA enriched with miRNAs were isolated, cDNA was synthesized and real time RT-PCR for miRNA-21 (a) and miRNA-22 (b) was performed as described in Methods. 5S RNA was used as internal control in all these real time PCR experiments.
