Effect of mammea E/BB on WT1 mRNA stability. To investigate the effect of mammea E/BB on WT1 mRNA stability, K562 cells were treated with 4 μM actinomycin D (Act D) in the presence or absence of 3.5 μM mammea E/BB for 0, 3, 6, 9, and 12 h and WT1 mRNA was assayed by Taqman qRT-PCR as shown in a.
