From: Rg3-enriched ginseng extract ameliorates scopolamine-induced learning deficits in mice
Effects of Rg3GE or RGE with scopolamine on the (a) weight and (b) speed of mice. Mouse body weights were measured on days 1–14, during treatment with Rg3GE (50 or 100 mg/kg, p.o.), RGE (100 mg/kg, p.o.), and scopolamine (1 mg/kg, i.p.). The swimming speed of each mouse was also measured for days 9–14 during the training trials of the Morris water maze test. Statistical analysis was performed by one-way repeated ANOVA followed by Fisher’s LSD test. Data are expressed as mean ± SEM (n = 10)
