Effects of Polyphyllin VII (PP7) on the expression of apoptosis-related proteins in HepG2 cells. HepG2 cells were treated with PP7 in the indicated concentrations for 24 h (a) or treated with 1.32 μM PP7 for the indicated times (b). The protein levels of apoptosis-related proteins were determined by Western blotting as described in Methods sections. The indicated number under each band was the fold changes of expression level compared to that in the control group. GAPDH was used as the internal standard for protein loading
