Effects of senegenin on MTT levels in Aβ-induced cytotoxicity in PC 12 cells. The cells were incubated for 24 h at 37 °C in the absence (Control & Aβ) or in the presence of senegenin (concentrations of 20 μg/ml & 40 μg/ml), and then incubated for 24 h followed by incubation with Aβ for 24 h. The data are the means ± S.E.M. of three separate experiments performed in triplicate.
