Simultaneous amplification plots and standard curves of GLUT-2 & 4 mRNA by fluorescence real-time PCR. a. Plot of threshold cycle number (Ct) vs. serial dilutions (log10) of standard DNA from 101 to 108 copies/reaction tube were prepared. Reaction number increases during PCR as the amplicon copy number increases until the reaction reaches a plateau. Ct was plotted against each copy number.
