Effects of the novel monomeric peptide on MA782 cell proliferation using the MTT method. MA782 cells were treated with the monomeric peptide as indicated. The rate of cell inhibition was measured at the indicated times post-transfection using an MTT assay. Compared with the control, cell inhibition decreased when cells were treated with the monomeric peptide after 24 h, 48 h, and 72 h. Data are presented as the mean ± SD (n = 3).
