S. hexaphylla inhibits RANKL-induced mRNA expression of OSCAR, TRAP, ATP6v0d2, β3-integrin, and CtsK. BMMs were pretreated with S. hexaphylla for 1 h and then stimulated with RANKL (100 ng/mL) for the indicated times. Total RNA was obtained at the indicated time points, respectively.
