SKOV6 cells were cultured on cover slips and treated with Paclitaxel (Pac, 10 nM), Yukyung Karne (YK, 100 μg) or PY [Pac (10 nM) + YK (100 μg)] for 24 h and processed for immunofluorescence analysis using anti caveolin 1 antibody (a), and with pFAK antibody (b). c Cell extracts were western blotted (WB) to show the levels of β Catenin, pFAK, pGSK3β, c-Myc, Caveolin 1 and Integrin. Actin was used as loading control. Similar results are obtained from three independent experiments
