Cell viability and neutral sphingomyelinase II activity in the presence of Yukyung Karne. a The ovarian cancer SKOV6 cells were treated in presence of Paclitaxel (Pac, 10 nM), Yukyung Karne (YK, 100 μg) or PY [Pac (10 nM) + YK (100 μg)] for 24 h and the sphingomyelinase activity was measured after 30 min. b Cells were treated as above and the cytotoxic effects were measured by crystal violet staining..
