Effects of SBS on EMT markers and Wnt pathway molecules. SBS increased the E-cad expression, decreased N-cadherin, Fibronectin, Vimentin expression. (B) Western blot of E-cadherin, N-cadherin, Vimentin, Snail in colonic tissues. E-cadherin was significantly deficient in model group. The expression of E-cadherin was up-regulated and the expression of N-cadherin, Fibronectin, Vimentin were downregulated by SBS treatment.
