Rg1’s Effect upon Senescence-Associated β-Galactosidase Staining. The BMSCs were collected on day 5 of passage 3. The control and Rg1-treatment group showed normal structures, while D-gal-administration group showed that aged cells are stained in blue in the cytoplasm. Rg1 treated group exhibited a small number of blue stained cells. All the figures of BMSCs were shown with the light microscope at 200 times magnification.
