Combined effects of IPAD and acyclovir on HSV protein synthesis. Vero cells infected with HSV wild types and HSV-1 DRs were treated with IPAD combined with ACV in various concentrations for 72 h and analyzed by SDS–PAGE/western blotting using specific antibodies for viral (gD) and cellular (β-actin) proteins.
