The myocardial concentration of ApoA-I and HMGCR in different groups.The results showed that in rats with CHD, plasma ApoA-I concentration was significantly lower than that in the sham-operated group. In DQP group, level of ApoA-I was increased significantly. Pravastatin could also up-regulate ApoA-I to certain extent. The HMGCoA expression showed the reverse pattern in different groups. *P < 0.05, **P < 0.01. Levels in the model group were used as reference to calculate P values.
