Cells were treated with different concentrations of DECPR for 24 h, in the presence or absence of specific inhibitors, following with a fluorometric analysis of caspases activities. Treated cells without inhibitors showed the significant activation for caspase-3 and −9 at 6.25 to 50 μg/mL concentrations, while there was no significant fold-change in caspase-8 activity.
