(A) HT-29 cells were treated with DECPR at different concentrations for 24 h. After fixing the cells, they were stained with Hoechst 33342, membrane permeability, MMP and cytochrome c dyes following with HCS analysis of the stained cells. (B) Representative analysis of the figures showed that DECPR at 6.25 to 50 μg/mL concentrations significantly elevated the cell membrane permeability and cytochrome c release. Meanwhile, at 12.5 to 50 μg/mL concentrations, there was a significant collapse in MMP.
