From: MAK-4 and -5 supplemented diet inhibits liver carcinogenesis in mice

The time-course experiment was performed on healthy male mice put on the MAK-4+5 supplemented diet (for 3 day, 1 week, 2 weeks,1 month, or 2 months) without any previous treatment. Each group was composed of 10 mice. At 36 weeks of age the mice were sacrificed, the livers collected and stored in liquid nitrogen until the day of the assay. Data are reported as mean ± SEM of several experiments. (* P < 0.05 and ** P < 0.001). Statistical analysis was performed by Two Way ANOVA Test followed by Post Hoc Bonferroni analysis.
