The effect of Puerariae radix water extract on apoB ₄₈ production and secretion in CaCo2 cells. CaCo2 cells were incubated with water extract of Puerariae radix for 24. ApoB₄₈ concentration in the cells and media were quantified and expressed as a percentage of control ± SEM (n = 3). Means were compared using one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) followed by Tukey's post-hoc test. Different letters above bar graphs indicate significance from each other at p < 0.05.
