Transcript levels for Nrf2, NQO1 and SOD1 genes following 5 and 10 μg/ml of PB treatment for 24-h. RNAs were isolated and reverse transcribed to cDNA, then amplified by real-time PCR detection system to measure mRNA levels for beta actin, Nrf2 (A), NQO1 (B) and SOD1 (C), HO-1 (D) and GSTA1 (E).
