ARE-driven luciferase activities after treatment with PB in MEFs WT and N0 cells. The cells were transfected with the luciferase reporter plasmid containing the NQO1 ARE and were treated with PB (5 and 10 μg/ml) or SFN (5 μM) for 24 h. Measurement of luciferase activities was performed using the Dual luciferase activities and Firefly luciferase levels were normalized to Renilla luciferase levels.
