Effect of the NAF from black soybean seed coat on Y-maze (A) and passive avoidance test (B). Control group was injected with saline (0.85%). Aβ1-40 was injected with 410 pmol of Aβ1-40 per mouse. Sample groups were injected Aβ1-40 followed by feeding with the NAF (5, 10 and 20 mg/kg per day, respectively).
