From: Cytotoxic potential of Anisochilus carnosus (L.f.) wall and estimation of luteolin content by HPLC
In vitro SRB assay on BT-549 cells. BT-549 cells were incubated with different concentrations (25, 50, 100, 100 μg/ml) of aqueous, ethanolic and petroleum ether extracts of Anisochilus carnosus. Growth inhibition was determined by the SRB assay. The percentage of cell survival was calculated by defining the absorption of cells without Anisochilus carnosus treatment as 100%.
