(A) BMMs were stimulated with RANKL (10 ng/ml) and M-CSF (30 ng/ml) in the presence or absence of matairesinol (10 μM) for the indicated times. Total RNA was then isolated using TRIzol reagent, and mRNA expression levels were evaluated by RT-PCR. Glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate dehydrogenase (GAPDH) was used as the internal control.
