CGN PE extract reduces hTERT, hTR and c-Myc expression in human breast cancer cells. ZR751 cells were treated with (5 – 40 μg/ml) or without CGN PE extract for up to 24 h. mRNA expression of hTERT, TEP1, hTR and c-Myc was determined by reverse transcriptase PCR.
