Determination of the allodynia score of Lac-FR in the CFA model of persistent pain. Graph demonstrating the decrease on allodynia score related to the touch stimulation exerted on the surface of the left and right hind paws caused by injection of saline solution and CFA (0.1 ml) respectively, producing persistent pain sensitization in rats treated with the Lac-FR (30, 100, and 300 mg/kg, i.p.), compared to the control group (vehicle, 10 ml/kg i.p.).
