Effects of MME on the phosphorylations of MAPKs and Akt in LPS-stimulated BV-2 cells. (A) Cells were treated with various concentrations of MME for 2 h, and then stimulated with LPS (1 μg/mL) for 30 min. Whole cell lysates were prepared and analyzed by Western blot. Relative density ratios of pERK, pJNK, pp38 MAPK, and pAkt over ERK, JNK, p38 MAPK, and Akt, respectively, are shown below the blots. (B) Cell pretreated with indicated concentrations of MME or inhibitors for 2 h were stimulated with LPS (1 μg/mL) for 16 h.
