Effects of MAE on TNF-α- and IFN-γ-stimulated TARC production in HaCaT cells. The production of TARC was measured using the culture supernatant from the cells co-treated with MAE (20, 50, or 100 μg/mL), and TNF-α and IFN-γ (each 10 ng/mL, TI) for 24 h. Silymarin (20 or 50 μg/mL) was used as a positive control drug.
