Effects of B-ext, L-ext, and NAC on caspase 3/7 activation in 661 W cells. Cells were pretreated with B-ext, L-ext, or NAC for 1 h, and then exposed to 2500 lx of blue LED light for 6 h. The luminescence and fluorescence of the cells cultured in a 96-well plate were measured with a spectrophotometer, and the caspase-3/7 activity per cell was calculated.
