Microscopic observation of cellular morphology using phase contrast inverted microscope of CEMss cells. Cells were treated at IC50 Boesenbergin A in time-dependent manner. (A) Untreated cells showed normal structure without prominent apoptosis induction and necrosis. (B) Early apoptosis features were seen after 24 h representing (arrows) (C) Blebbing were noticed in 48 h treatment (arrows). (D) Increasing blebbing with chromatin condensation was seen during late apoptosis after 72 h incubation of CEMss with Boesenbergin A (arrows).
