Apoptosis induced by the combined treatment of CGE with the PI3K inhibitor LY294002. (A) Flow cytometry analysis was used to detect the cell cycle distribution of CGE-treated skin cancer cells for 48 h in the presence or absence of LY294002 (PI3K inhibitor).
