DNA Histograms of RINm5F cells treated with selected plants in presence and absence of STZ. RINm5F cells were treated with different concentrations of plants extracts in presence and absence of STZ. Apoptosis was measured using cell cycle analysis from the DNA histograms generated on the Flow Cytometer followed by PI staining.
