Effects of GTPs on BBB permeability at the early stage of cerebral ischemia were assessed by Evans blue dye leakage. Experiment groups are saline-treated (vehicle) groups and GTPs-treated groups at the time points of 0, 30, 60, and 120 min after ischemia, respectively.
