Effect of TF-SB on the expression of VEGF in both MHCC97-H cells and HUVECs. Cells were treated with different concentrations of TF-SB for 24Â h or 48Â h. The protein secretion levels of VEGF were examined by ELISA in MHCC97-H cells (A) and HUVECs (B). The VEGF expression in the two cell lines were significantly reduced. This assay was performed in triplicate. *p < 0.05 versus the control group.
