The results are the mean values of triplicate tests measured after 24 hrs (at 37°C for bacteria) and 48 hrs (at 35°C for fungi) incubation; ^aDiameter value of 6 mm is equal to disc diameter, implying no activity; ^bEssential oil (EO), fractions of essential oil (F1, F3, F4 and F5); ^cReference compounds were gentamicin and nystatine for bacteria and fungi respectively.
